The server was knowledgeable about which items were and were not gluten free, she herself has celiacs so I trusted she understood the importance. I wasn't sure if she was also the manager as another reviewer had commented that the owner here has celiacs, but it very well could have been. Either way I felt safe ordering.

Yummy food. Have gluten free bread and seemed knowledgeable about cross contact. Sandwiches come with Tim’s chips which are GF, but you can also upgrade to a salad.

Delicious! The owner has celiac and prepares everything separately. Amazing soups, salads, sandwiches, smoothies and cocktails!
