We chose this place because online it had an allergen list which made it seem like only a few items had gluten. When we got there the server also confirmed that most things are GF except for fried things as they share a fryer with the non-GF churros. However in actuality, only some of the tacos and the quesadillas are not fried, as everything else is with deep fried chips or deep fried tostadas. Even the plantains (one of the few veg options) are deep fried. So most of the menu is not safe.
The server was lovely and we sat outside which was nice, but the menu was very limited, and despite knowing about CC they did not inform us well, and I'm pretty sure I got glutened in the end :(

The food was really tasty and there were only a couple of non-gluten free items on the menu so there were lots of options to choose from
