I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the restaraunt is very accommodative. The chef is very eager to help and is even willing to make an entre for you that’s not on the menu. Great service. Make sure to discuss hidden sources of gluten such as soy sauce and powered asafoetida (it’s a common spice in indian food and if it’s in powder form it usually has flour)
