The menu offers gluten-free bun as a substitute, but the ordering is done via tablets. My waiter relayed my questions to the kitchen, and I got a veggie burger with a salad. They are gluten-free/Celiac friendly BUT make sure to talk to someone on staff as well as order on the tablet
There was no GF menu for breakfast but the staff were able to answer questions about the items on the menu and my husband was ok after he had an omelette and potatoes
The server was very knowledgable when I asked about gluten-free options. She indicated that they have gluten-free buns therefore any sandwich can be made gluten-free. She indicated that I should stay away from the fries due to cross contamination. I had the turkey BLT which was very well-made and the phone was very flavourful and nicely textured. I had a side salad with a vinegar at dressing on the side. No problems with cross-contamination.
Breakfast can be made gluten free. They have gluten free bread as well. My wife is a celiac and had no issues eating here.
