called the establishment and there is not a dedicated GF fryer so just be aware for any of the fried items
I found this place on Uber Eats because it's one of the only places in the area that is marked as "allergy friendly" on Uber Eats (which means that there's a dedicated spot for you to say if you have a food allergy and to give them instructions on how to handle your food). I called ahead and asked them what they do when they get an order with a marked food allergy, and they said that they change their gloves, use separate utensils, and that the only things that have gluten in them are the bread and one other thing that I can't remember. None of their curries have flour in them! I’ve ordered from here an embarrassing number of times (it was the Covid era lol) and it’s always soooo good and I’ve never had a reaction (I’m a very sensitive Celiac).
Great food and they understand food sensitivities. I’ve eaten here several times via Uber eats with no issues.
