I had sashimi and hand rolls made with soybean paper. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. All the soy sauce is gluten-free.

I haven't had sushi since I had to go gluten free 3 years ago and this place was amazing! I was really nervous ordering food from a restaurant that wasnt dedicated gluten free, but the menu was very clear and I did not get sick! Some items are marked gluten free and some are marked "gluten free with possibility of cross contamination" so i trust they understand what they're doing. I can't wait to eat there again.

My favorite sushi place. Tamari is default and the sake cocktails are outstanding. I’ll be back!

This has become my go to for sushi. Their default soy sauce is tamari! Everything is marked clearly on the menu.

Great sushi and even better gluten free/celiac safety. Their rolls are really good and they marked each GF item we ordered. They also send GF soy sauce out. A must try!

Went there last night and had a really good experience. Gluten free items are clearly marked, restaurant staff know what they’re talking about, and the food was delicious!

Ask for gluten free soy sauce. Nigiri is safe but nothing is mentioned on the menu.
Yes
The menu is color coded to indicate GF choices. They also have GF soy sauce available.
Yes
Good sushi, decent knowledge of gluten-free. The waiter said I could basically get any of the maki rolls (tuna, cucumber, etc.), and then certain rolls without the sauces. I got the tuna roll and divisideroll (albacore/avocado/masago) because I wanted to play it pretty safe. The waiter said masago should be fine for GF, but I'm realizing now that it probably wasn't because I did some research and found out masago is usually thickened with wheat starch. He was friendly and accommodating though, which I appreciated because it was busy. I'd give it another shot, but overall nothing too exciting.
Has gluten free soy sauce.
