Fantastic! Our waitress was very communicative and cautious about ingredients and cross-contamination risks. GF items are labeled on the menu, and there is a QR code with itemized allergens for each dish (there are more gluten friendly items that are not listed as GF because of *possible* cross contamination, so take a look). I had a bison burger that was super delicious—they have GF buns (Udi’s I think) and even a dedicated fryer. Didn’t get to try the GF chocolate lava cake, but I’m planning on going back for it in the future!
Just a note, it looks like the old menu labeled fried items as gf but that has changed. The only items listed GF were the salads. The waiter said there were other items that could be modified to gf. Had a superfood salad with salmon. It was good. It was decent food but a little pricey for quality. Waiter was very nice.
They do have gf fries with separate fryer the waiter confirmed. It also states this on the menu. There are several gf options labelled including gf poutine! I had the braised short rib poutine and it was quite good (the fries themselves are bland frozen fries but the toppings were great). I also had the Colorado bass and it was mediocre with a ragu and vegetables side that was way too salty. I have celiac dz and was fine. I would go back for the poutine only - it's also big enough to be a meal itself.
