Was told by the server that most of the menu is gluten free, except for obvious things like pasta and battered fried fish. She double checked with the chef who said they could adapt most items as they are made fresh (as an example they could prepare the walleye for me without the batter, in a sauté pan). I had Lemon Shrimp with Capers, Tomato, Artichoke, with Basmati Rice. It was delicious. My husband had the pot roast, also prepared gluten free. My friends also enjoyed their meals. I suffered no ill effects and am looking forward to trying other menu items.
