I used to love Ted’s. Great food and great drinks. My experience tonight was not good. I expressed to the hostess and waiter that I am Celiac and extremely sensitive to gluten, and unfortunately also have a dairy allergy. I asked if they would take additional precautions, but it didn’t work out that way. Despite Ted’s appearing very safe to Celiac’s Im about 99% sure I got hit with both cross contamination and dairy. And Im currently sick. Would not recommend ever.

Ted's is exceptional for celiacs. GF menu, dedicated fryers, procedures to avoid cross contamination. I eat here all the time.

I am not Celiac, but very sensitive to gluten. I get sick pretty quickly after eating it. The menu at Ted’s is clearly marked, and there is also a special GF menu. I was impressed with the care they took to ensure I was safe at Ted’s. They brought my food out separately from everyone else’s. The gluten free bun was delicious. I will definitely be back!

I was very impressed that Ted’s had a gluten-free menu online as well as clear labeling on the menu in the restaurant. The server asked if I had a gluten allergy or preference, and because it was allergy, they took extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. My server also communicated everything, like my food would come out separately from the other members of my party, which I appreciated!

I have celiac disease and this used to be my favorite and only place that I felt safe enough to eat at.
However, a few months ago I got so unbelievably sick. I assumed it must have been from some cross contamination. I was sick for a month.
After a couple of months on pondering if I’ll ever go back there, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again.
They were informed of my disease/allergy and it was written in red on my receipt.
Unfortunately, after I was almost completely finished with my Green And Hot Burger I noticed a noodle underneath the bun tucked away in my sandwich!
My husband called the manager. The manager apologized and said that I could come in for a free meal. But that’s it. I’m not very inclined to come back to be poisoned for a third time.
Be warned if you have celiac disease or a wheat allergy, eating here could be dangerous.

Dear Dennis, 5 star review for sure. Our servers professionalism and attention to detail blew us away. She made me feel confident and comfortable that my order was safe and correct. Furthermore, my husband is doing a Whole 30 diet (no dairy, gluten, sugar) and she made ordering not only easy but was well. Seperate GF menu. Brought my food out first and acknowledged is prepped GF.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. When they noticed I was using the gluten free menu, they said they would notify the cook and manager right away. Very good food.
Gluten free buns! Knowledgeable staff! Gluten free menu!

wonderful choice of gluten and dairy free
Excellent food. Separate GF menu. No GF buns, so burgers must be ordered with no bun, but that's ok since they are so delicious.

They know what they are talking about when discussing your GF options. Very safe. Yummy!

A very wide variety of options on the GF menu, which my daughter appreciated. Overall food was good, but the service was rather slow.

AMAZING! Were super accommodating for both celiac and severe nut allergies. Waitstaff was super knowledgeable. Gluten free fryer for fries, gluten free grill for anyone ordering from gluten free menu, which was a full page menu with lots of options.
Daughter with celiac/allergies food was brought out by a manager wearing gloves.
We’ve been working with food allergies for 10 years and was one of the best dining experiences allergy-wise.

Have been getting the skinny burger for a while (fits my gluten, dairy, egg allergies). My favorite is the raspberry jam burger (no egg). The gf bun is good but my body says no. The fries are in a dedicated fryer & delicious. Just tried the bison steak. Best steak I’ve had in as long as I can remember! Such a treat. Even the kids size is great. I like the kale salad & chopped salad but really I go for fries & meat. Look for a flag in your dish to mark it GF.

Gluten free menu, delicious burgers where you can sub a GF bun, separate fryer, great fries..my 11 year old twins were huge fans. One is super sensitive with her celiac, she had nachos and some fries, she has yet to eat out and not get sick..well this place has won her heart..no reaction and loved her huge plate of nachos! My other daughter had a GF burger and her eyes lit up when she bit into it. We will definitely be going back.
