Really nice restaurant. Went there with friends. I saw there were GF items on their menu. I have dairy Casein as well so it gets tricky. I was able to eat their truffle fries (delicious shoestring fries). All GF fried food is fried separately than non GF food, I asked. Brussels sprouts were another app I could eat. Many GF items to choose from. For an entree I had a delicious piece of salmon cooked medium, you can choose how you want it cooked. Jasmine rice was the replacement for risotto rice and spinach. No reaction totally safe. I am extremely sensitive to GF and DF allergies.
Gluten free Philly cheese steak spring rolls and lobster rolls in the summer make this place a must-try, but the rest of the menu is great too!
I love Tempo SO much. It is my favorite reliably gluten free restaurant - I’ve eaten here in person or takeout at least 10 times and have never been glutened. Plus the food is so delicious!! All of the fun gf apps that are so hard to find in other places - fries, wings, calamari, etc - they can do because they have a separate fryer. And they’re always thinking up new things and changing up the menu! If you’re around Waltham this is the place.
Tempo has always been one of our favorite local restaurants. Since being diagnosed with celiac, I’ve been looking for places that take gluten free seriously and Tempo is a great example. Almost every item on their menu is labeled gluten free or available gluten free. I recently had a salad with steak on the side. Instead of the normal croutons, they made a Parmesan crisp. I wouldn’t be surprised if the chef/owner has someone with a gluten issue based on how accommodating the menu is setup. I love that we can still hit one of our favorite places.
My favorite restaurant and a Celiac’s dream! The fries are incredible and every single item can be made deliciously GF. We eat here for every special occasion and favorite items include wings, steak and cheese rolls, kale Caesar salad, and short ribs. The entire menu is amazing and I struggle not to over-order. So thankful for this place!
Excellent menu which changes seasonally. Nearly everything is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Plus they carry Citizen Cider!
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic especially for folks with Celiac. My 13 yo daughter has Celiac and it is very difficult to find a restaurant that understands cross contamination . This restaurant has it figured out ! The food is delicious and the majority of the menu items are gluten free and those that are not can be modified . I highly recommend . It’s a Celiacs paradise 😊👍🏼
Hands down the best spot I've found so far for gluten free. They can make anything on their menu gluten free. Some of my favorites are the philly cheesecake spring rolls, short rib with risotto, pork chops with Mac and cheese, everything I've gotten is so good and I can't wait to go back!
We had a fabulous experience here. 3 celiacs at the table and no one got sick. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and the menu options were surprisingly varied (chicken strips and fries for the kids but more sophisticated options for grown-ups - we were all so happy). What a great experience.
Very friendly staff. Very good food. Eclectic menu with almost all items available gluten free. Most of the menu is gluten free. Even some deserts!
It was my first time eating out since i got diagnosed with celiac. The entire menu is gluten free or "available" gluten free. They even have gluten free warm bread. I had the pan seared tuna and it was delicious. Great service. I highly recommend it!!
Very clearly labeled gluten free menu. They had delicious gluten free bread for the table. I had the risotto which was delicious and the chocolate pyramid for dessert.
Great restaurant. I've been here four times now and I've always had a great meal. Made a 6pm Rez with open table. The menu offers many easily identifiable GF meals. I started with the fried Brussel sprouts with bacon, blue cheese crumbles and lemon vinegarette. They brought me warm GF bread, and my main meal was braised short rib w mushroom risotto and asparagus. They also offer Stella cider and titos vodka. May fav local restaurant for a recently diagnosed celiac.
Not that impressed. Ambient was more like a bar than a fancy restaurant, waiter didn't take me seriously till I got my salad delivered with a piece of bread on top. Main dish was good. Chocolate cake lacked flavor. Price was good though. Oh and, never ask for the Caesar salad. Worst ever.
