Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle

I was nervous because there was a slight language barrier but people in a GF Facebook group recommended this place. Once we got on the same page of what GF meant the waitress knew exactly what I shouldn’t eat. She recommended “The Original” and I couldn’t have the meat paste or pickled vegetables. It was a unique rice noodle soup restaurant. They bring a boiled liquid out and you add your stuff in and stir for 10 seconds hence the name Ten Seconds.
