Regular orders come with bread on plate, make sure to tell them your allergy and they won’t put bread on. Never gotten sick after eating.
Always eat safely here! I love the loaded baked potato with brisket. Very knowledgable staff and will mark GF when you tell them at the counter. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable about allergies and cross-contamination. Everything on the menu is gf, no wheat, except mac and cheese, tx toast and deserts!!!! Lady wrote celiac and no cc on my order AND double checked with kitchen staff they understood. Sat at bar and enjoyed a Bishop Cider. GM introduced himself and reassured me all was well even the seasoned chips were wheat free. WENT TO FRISCO LOCATION. I got the loaded sweet potato with turkey! Tasted like Thanksgiving, lol
When I called ahead, I was told that aside from desserts, the bread and macaroni and cheese were the only menu items not gluten free. I ordered online and in the comments I asked for fresh gloves since we are celiac. They immediately called to reassure us that they put this on our ticket and are trained in how to avoid cross contamination. The food was delicious and we highly recommend them!
Had the backed potato with brisket and BBQ sauce. It was excellent. They assured me they would be extra careful to avoid any contamination. Only 4 stars because they brought my tray out with the bread on the side. They took it back and brought me a fresh tray with no crumbs and assured me the person handling the bread did not handle my potato. Did not get sick.
The food was awesome! They use 5 ingredients in their foods. The only items not GF are mac’n cheese, bread and dessert. Highly recommend checking this place out. They are adding a second location in Frisco TX.
