Completely Gluten free and absolutely amazing. Best Mexican I have had in a very long time. Not your usual burritos and deep fried chilies. This is very much Cuisine with rich and complex flavors. The fingerling Potatoes are perfectly balanced and the Mole sauce is the best I have had this side of Oaxaca
First time enjoying this gf brand new restaurant. Most important the wait staff was way knowledgeable on all the foods with suggestions of some cooler dishes. BTW, most main courses are quite hot. The shisito peppers make delicious side dish. And for the deal maker - wonderful dipping chips. And last, they offer four makers of gf beer. Enjoy.
Wonderful dedicated GF place with awesome food (claim beer is the only gluten containing item in the restaurant). Knowledgeable staff and great service. This has been a worry free treat for our daughter with celiac and has always been excellent. Even churros and desserts are safe. Place can be pricey though if you stray far from the tacos.
We got a reservation, which I am so glad people on here recommended. It was full when we got there, so were happy to have a table already. The place was crowded and loud. I did not get a beer. They only have the daura damm in can and it is gluten removed. I did not order beer on tap as per others’ recommendations that the lines are contaminated. I got the fish of the day. It was a whole fish with bones. It was unexpected. I am also not able to have dairy, so was not able to have it cooked the normal way. It was bland and smoky. I would imagine with cream or other dairy, it would have been delicious. The black beans were delicious. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, so made sure I did not get the refried beans or rice with red onion that comes with the fish of the day since they have dairy. When they brought me the wrong beans, they ended up coming my whole meal. I did not ask for it to be comped. It was just excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the churros also contain dairy, so I wasn’t able to have them, but my family thought they were delicious.
So grateful for a dedicated GF place in Longmont! I ordered two a la carte tacos (avocado tempura and big eye tuna), and both were so different and good. We got a salsa trio for the table - don't sleep on the macha, it's really good!
Service was very good: helpful and friendly. The kitchen did seem to duplicate our orders a couple of times, which was odd, but not a problem necessarily. Maybe they're just getting the hiccups out of their order system?
Overall a good experience. I would come here again.
