Tepanyaki Japanese Steak House

Tepanyaki has great-tasting food, but they cannot be trusted to provide truly gluten-free food--at least, not for any food prepared on the grills. They wipe it off but everything is contaminated by the glutenous food, even though they are willing to cook a gluten-free person's food before all the others. I've gotten very sick every time I've tried eating there but can't keep giving them another shot.

Tepanyaki style restaurant that also serves sushi. I was able to eat the entire meal, just without any sauce. They cooked my meal first so no risk of cross contamination.
