During covid, they are open for takeout. I am so glad we went. The best burger in San Diego, with a gluten free bun that did not fall apart. I had the bacon cheeseburger and a side of cole slaw. The fries are in a shared frier, so no fries. I definitely will be back. Excellent curb side service. Staff answered questions and was very friendly.

I’m gluten free and vegetarian and honestly wasn’t impressed. I had high hopes too. I tried their margherita & their garlic cheese flatbread both had a very funky taste, I didn’t taste any garlic & the margherita was oddly sweet. I also ordered truffle fries and they were severely lacking truffle oil. & I feel like something secretly had gluten because I got a stomach ache and I’m not even full celiac.

Several menu options are listed as gf or gfo (gluten free option); however, most dishes have multiple ingredients that have to be substituted which totally changed the appeal of the dishes. Food was yummy, chose a salad with citrus chicken on top. Also have vegan options.

It's good. But needs more options to go there more than once in a while.

Though they have few gluten-free options on their menu, the two I tried were delicious. Two days ago I had a lunch seafood/clam special, and today the standard menu California Bowl with Chicken. And as a pleasant surprise, their GF bread is fresh grilled, and - wait for it - wait for it -

It's the first GF bread I've tasted that -get this - DOES NOT TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD!!! I would come back for the bread alone, but the food is excellent also. And the staff are GF attentive. Come eat here. You'll be glad you did.
