Friendly little neighborhood atmosphere in a strip mall. Servers were obviously familiar with many of the customers which was a nice thing too see. We were there on a Friday at 4 PM and there was only one empty table. They have gf pasta and pizza. Crust was the crunchy kind but the pizza itself was absolutely the tastiest I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve been gluten free. They have beer and wine. Open kitchen. Possibility of cross contamination since the regular crust is tossed in the area with the ovens.

I read the great reviews, took a chance, and they were spot on. Delicious food and I didn’t get sick. I had gluten free pizza with artichoke hearts, tasty mushrooms, zesty red pepper, fresh cheese, and a lovely sauce. Pleasant prompt service too.

Wonderful food! GF Penne is the substitute for any pasta dishes. Generous portions, lovely Chianti. We’re in the area for a week and plan to return. Met a man from Ohio (?) who said it’s the best Italian restaurant in the Savannah area.

I had the pizza and it was excellent. My waiter made the kitchen staff aware of my food allergy, and made sure everything was new and clean. Would def go back!!!

I never tried this place because Italian food is generally a no, but HOLY MOLY!! Gluten free options for nearly every regular item on the menu, and oh it is soooooo good!

Their sauces and salad dressings are all GF, and they offer GF pasta with every entree.

This Italian celiac is a happy, happy girl!

I got a side salad and the gluten-free pizza. The Italian salad dressing is extremely bland and basically tastes just like oil. The pizza crust is really good and crispy. Apparently it was better than the regular pizza which my husband termed more bland than a frozen pizza from the grocery store.

Traveling 95 south our family needed a restaurant that could accommodate two members with celiac disease. I read about Terra Mia on the Find Me Gluten Free app and it had decent reviews. With the assistance of the very friendly manager (did not catch her name but she is a woman with blonde hair), my son and I had gluten free penne with grilled chicken and marinara. We asked to have the pasta prepared in a fresh pot of water and using a clean strainer. The food was decent but the fact that neither of us got ill afterwards means the kitchen can handle those in need of a gluten free meal.

Gluten free pasta was excellent. Staff very friendly. Great GF dessert- Bomba

Excellent service and GF food. Chef came to table and personally cooked GF rice pasta in a custom made Olive oil garlic parmesan sauce. Sarah the waitress was awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant

Our waitress went to great lengths to be sure I would not get sick from the type of cheese on the salad I ordered. She even took a picture of the ingredients list with her phone and showed it to me. I also had chicken and gluten free pasta, which were beautiful as well as very tasty. The outside of the building looks nothing like the food presentation. Definitely recommend.

This is probably the best you'll get in Pooler. Sarah was our waitress and she was great. They have gf pizza crust and gf penne pasta. They were able to make me gf Marsala chicken (with gf pasta). It was ok. Overall it's a nice clean restaurant with great service. Nice NJ/NY feel. It's nice that they have a few gf options but I wouldn't be excited to come eat here again. Oh and there is not a gf menu.
