100% Incredible! This truck run by two lovely young ladies is an absolute Gem in Ottawa! They are very aware of Celiac requirements and cross contamination. DEEP FRIED PICKLES! Of course separate GF deep fryer, unlike most GF their portion sizes are generous! I can’t recommend T.F.T. enough. All the comfort foods. Just go!

The whole menu can be made GF except like 2-3 things , they have a dedicated fryer/grill and are well informed.

T.F.T burger was amazing

Poutine was very good also (no mushyy sauce)

Food is amazing. They seem to take care to avoid cross contamination, and the staff is very knowledgeable about celiac disease. It's great also since my girlfriend is vegan and I am celiac. I would definitely recommend this spot for a delicious GF burger.
