Ordered carry out. Plain hamburger on GF bun, loaded mashed potatoes, and side salad w/o croutons or breadstick. Kitchen was very slow but they got my order right, had their GF menu online (Including sides and salad dressings), and I had no problems after eating.
Despite telling them I was allergic to gluten and needed a salad without the croutons and breadstick in the menu description, I was served a Caesar that was quite literally topped with spoonfuls of breadcrumbs. On top of that, my “filet mignon” was fatty and tough.
Spent the second night of my honeymoon in the bathroom thanks to TGIs! Specified gluten free on arrival and was shown the gluten free menu, then despite several conversations with the waitress regarding the best gluten free meal choices I was still sadly glutened. Needless to say I won’t be returning to any branch (this is the second branch this has happened to me in) and would strongly advise anyone visiting ask to speak to the manager before placing an order.
Basically, your options for a side is a salad. For which, they upcharge you $1.99.
Was so excited to actually eat a meal at an airport and not just survive on snacks! Had the veggie burger (this is usually hard to find, since most are held together with some sort of gluten binder) on a gluten free bun! Lettuce. Tomato, red onion and pickle! It was bigger than my husband's beef burger and so delicious! Side of broccoli since the fries were not in a dedicated fryer. I made sure to explain prep to waitress, she was awesome! They had to have been careful because I didn't have any reaction what so ever. I do IF and usually fast 19 hours before I open my eating window so if I do happen to ingest gluten it hits me hard! I would definitely eat here again!
Contrary to previous reviews for this location—there is NOT a dedicated fryer for fries! I specifically asked the server and she said everything is fried in the same fryer! So, please disregard the reviews that state otherwise. There was a surprisingly good “gluten friendly” menu, however, with salads, steaks, chicken, and a few sides. I had the sizzling chicken & cheese with mashed potatoes and it was great.

Staff not educated about GF. No GF menus available, they couldn’t find any. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with Udi’s roll, mashed potatoes. Burger was great as were the potatoes. Restaurant bathroom was filthy with feces on floor. General confusion with some people waiting an hour to get served because waitress forgot to put order in; and another party of four walked out after an issue.
There are two different versions of the gluten sensitive menu on their website, and both versions contain items that are no longer available in this location. The waitress offered to bring me the spinach and queso dip without chips. I understand she meant well and was trying to be accommodating. I looked up the ingredients for that item and confirmed it contains wheat. If I'd not been cautious, I could've eaten something that would've made me sick. It's obvious from the out-of-date information on the website and lack of education for the staff, that gluten allergies are not a priority. I won't be returning.
Waitress didn’t know what celiac was. Order the hamburger with gluten free bun and came out with regular hamburger. When I saw the receipt, she spelled out allergy- sellacs. Obviously they do not teach their staff about dietary restrictions. Also, my husband got a 6oz steak here and it came out looking like a dollar coin. So tiny, not even worth the money. They said that’s the normal size. Don’t recommend going here.
Good amount of options, but not very tasty. Got the sizzling chicken and shrimp and couldn’t cut into the chicken. But not feeling the best after eating this either. Only high rating for diverse options.
We went here for a birthday dinner, chosen because they offer a variety for gluten free. Sadly, the waitress knew nothing about gluten and even after explanation brought me a regular burger with French fries that were cross contaminated. The whole experience was terrible including an hour and a half wait after ordering and everyone else at the table having wrong orders. I simply didn’t eat as it’s not worth the days of illness. One of the waitresses even poked fun at me and called me a “hipster” when delivering breaded cheese sticks to my lap. This is sad, I thought we had found another place to eat
They had a separate gluten-friendly menu and were enthusiastic to ensure that my food was GF. I ordered the cheeseburger with an Udi bun and mashed potatoes on the side. Ended the meal with the ice cream sundae. It was a delightful! They do warn on their menu that TGI’s is not a GF environment and for that, I can’t confirm that it’s absolutely celiac friendly.
My family and I ate here while on vacation on October 20, 2018. I have a gluten sensitivity, so I have eaten at the Friday's in my hometown, but they do not have a dedicated fryer. Our waitress, Brittany, was awesome! She was super friendly and let me know they had a dedicated fryer for their gluten sensitive guests!. My daughter laughed at me because I was so happy to be able to eat french fries!! I also had the regular cheeseburger on a gluten free bun. It was absolutely wonderful! Can't wait to go back!
We were very skeptical going there bc there are no recent reviews stating whether they’re celiac friendly or not. We called ahead and spoke to the MOD, Jessica. She was unfamiliar with exactly what “Celiac” is however she was incredibly knowledgeable on the kitchens procedures and process for GF foods (or “gluten sensitive” as they call it). My daughter had a burger (no cheese) with an Udi’s bun. Fries are NOT safe, but they were accommodating by giving extra servings of fruit to her. Jessica was pretty much our server as she wanted to oversee everything having to do with my daughters meal to ensure it was 100% safe with no CC. I will not say they are officially celiac friendly, however Jessica specifically went above and beyond making sure my daughter had a yummy, safe meal

I live less than a mile from here. If there were no other restaurants for 100 miles from here except for this one I still wouldn’t eat here if I was starving to death. Out of the last 5 times I’ve had to eat here 4 times they about killed me. Finally I refuse to go here when I’m invited. One time they put croutons on my salad then tried to take them back off. Idk if they’re not trained well or what but it’s a crap shoot going there.
I had a great experience there! My 12yo and I have Celiac Disease. I ordered the salmon with super veggies and coleslaw, she ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a lettuce wrap and mashed potatoes. They were all great tasting, grilled to perfection and you can still get the fries which are fried in a separate fryer and a gf bun. There are many options and our waitress was VERY knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended!!! Definitely will have to go back.
Limited gluten sensitive menu with a few salads and burgers with gf buns. No dedicated fryer. Not really celiac friendly, but could work if cc isn’t an issue. Worth trying in an airport with few choices.
I would not eat here if you have Celiac. My only options have been steak and broccoli. I’ve suffered from symptoms after eating here too. This happened on multiple occasions. I recommend Outback Steakhouse for Celiacs.
This is my go-to restaurant in Quakertown. I usually get the salmon or the steak and have never gotten sick the next day. All the wait staff I have interacted with have gone above and beyond and are very knowledgeable.
Gluten Free menu that has a nice variety of food options. When told the waitress I had celiac disease and to ask the cooks to change gloves and prepare my meal separately, I got no strange looks and she talked to the chef for me. Food was great and so was the service!
Be vigilant! My GF burger first came out with a side of fries, they told me I can just get another side. I had to explain that I couldn’t eat the burger either. They take it back, when it comes out the second time, the salad had croutons. I was very clear that it was an allergy when I ordered.
The staff was very friendly and our waiter was very nice; however, this restaurant has more to learn about gluten-free dining. My daughter, who has celiac disease, ordered a hamburger and fries. She vomited profusely within 2 hours of leaving the restaurant. She continued to vomit and have diarrhea for 14 hours after eating here. I called the manager when we got home from our trip to Orlando. He was very understanding and he promised to re-educate his staff. I explained several of the dire consequences of gluten ingestion and informed him that my daughter's intestines will be damaged for months. So, if you have celiac disease, beware. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and explain everything that must be done to keep yourself safe. Also, be sure to ask about the fries. Another reviewer stated the fries were safe. I'm not so sure about that.

The good news - only fries are cooked in their fryer, and they are delicious. The bad news - our server was not well informed about celiac disease, struggled to answer my questions, and I had to return my salad because it had croutons on it.
Excellent choices on a separate GF menu! Very knowledgeable and caring staff! Awesome wait staff! Had a cheese burger and the bun did not fall apart! My server Zaire made my day! Awesome personality! So positive even though the whole place was jammed. Will go back in a heartbeat!!!
