Ordered gluten free but was ill within minutes of eating Servers were not knowledgeable of gluten free and what it means. Not gluten free safe! Was even suggested a gluten item by a server.

NO star. Went for lunch today with my husband. First time since I was diagnosed with celiac disease in March. Had GF menu. Ordered GF cheeseburger from their menu. Bun seemed much fluffier then I thought it should have been but thought maybe they really got this covered. Started to eat it immediately didn't feel well. Asked waitress if she was sure she ordered me the gluten free cheeseburger. She assured me that she did. Thank goodness I cut burger in half only ate some of the half of bun. Just wasn't confident in her response. When we received our check it stated cheeseburger. Nothing at all about being GF. My husband asked to speak with manager. After manager and my husband spoke he stated he could not confirm with the waitress or chef that the burger I got was gluten free. Bottom line don't offer gluten free options until you educate you staff members to the importance of the ordering and handling of gluten free food. We will NOT BE RETURNING!

They have a gluten sensitive menu. The manager was great and aware of Celiac... But the servers...not so much. Service took awhile and they had to make a second meal because the first had been contaminated. My son has celiac.
The food from the gluten sensitive menu was good. They even have gf buns and my celiac son had no issues (we went out with a large group to celebrate the life of a loved one that just passed, thus my house hold was limited to where we ate). They do specify that they cannot guarantee gf, but we had no residual reactions so they did well this visit. It was great to have a burger with bread and not bun less!
They have a new GF menu. It is separate from all the other allergen foods so you don't have to look at those stupid little symbols anymore. Some new items on it also. They also have Omission beer on the menu.
Yes
I did the TGI Fridays To Go location at DFW gate B9. They have GF items marked on menu and were helpful. The fries are NOT in a dedicated fryer. I got the cheeseburger with an Udi's bun (no upcharge-nice), and they let me sub a bag of Lay's chips for the fries.

The bartender waited on us and was knowledgeable. They had GF rolls and the hamburger was GF. In addition they carry Omission IPA gluten reduced beer.

No gluten free menu even though other TGIFs have one. They have gluten free buns which they can put any burger on. The waitress was quite helpful and explained the chicken is okay, but the beef burgers are not GF because they all have fillers in them. The fries are also not GF as they coat them in flour.

The GF bun appeared to be Udi's brand. It was good and I didn't get sick. The items that are available for gluten sensitive people are marked on the menu.

I ordered a Cobb salad with salmon, which tasted great and gave me no problems. I informed our server about GF and she told us the kitchen staff had changed gloves for us. I would feel confident about eating here again.
