Staff not educated about GF. No GF menus available, they couldn’t find any.
Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with Udi’s roll, mashed potatoes. Burger was great as were the potatoes.
Restaurant bathroom was filthy with feces on floor. General confusion with some people waiting an hour to get served because waitress forgot to put order in; and another party of four walked out after an issue.
Despite the bad reviews I thought this might be okay for breakfast because the waitress seemed like she really understood gf and cross contamination. She advised me to avoid omelette and scrambled eggs as well as potatoes. I got fried eggs and sausage and fruit and felt pretty comfortable, but when I got to my last few bites of egg I found a secret piece potato under my egg. Now I’m not sure if there was cross contamination or anything to be worried about and just hoping I won’t be sick before my flight! Best to avoid I think.
Waiter and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. GF options are listed on menu. There is also an online menu that you can reference.
I didn’t get sick, but despite ordering a GF bun on my burger and stressing that I needed to be gluten-free, I was served my burger on a pile of unsafe French Fries. The waiter then walked away, forcing me to flag her down to confirm that I could not, in fact, eat those.
I ate the burger anyway, and they brought me a side of broccoli on the house, but it was definitely a stressful experience.
If you keep walking down the gates of Concourse C, there’s a Shake Shack that has (as of this writing) fewer, but better reviews.
