The best experience (and cuisine) I’ve ever had at Thai restaurant! We went all out with orders of the Thai papaya salad, oyster omelette (which was my personal favorite), mussel pancake, drunken noodles (rice noodles ofc), red chicken curry, basil fried rice, and mochi for dessert.Asian cuisine is notorious among celiacs for hidden gluten in soy sauce or noodles, but the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. After explaining the gluten and where it could be found, they took extra care to make sure everything was GF and not cross contaminated. It also helps that Thai cuisine is usually more rice based and uses fish sauce instead of soy sauce, but they still checked. It’s family run, and food’s prepared as carefully as if you were family. I did not get sick at all and I usually have pretty aggressive reactions to slight cross contam.A 20 out of 10. Will go again!
