Did not make our family sick but anything that traditionally is prepared with soy sauce base just comes without sauce ( i.e., plain noodles and veg) for the GF version. Doesn’t really taste like Thai. Pad Thai was fine, but that’s usually prepared GF/no soy sauce
They have a large gluten free menu and the food is delicious. I’ve never gotten sick.
Never had a problem food is so good!! I recommend the tofu vegetable soup my mom and I are obsessed
Friendly staff and knowledge about gf options. Had the chicken satay and tofu thai mint fried rice. Delicious and had plenty for another meal.
Great Thai place in Colo Springs. Very knowledgable staff about what is and is not GF. Great Tom Kha Gai full of fresh vegetables and great balance of sweet, savory and spice. Will come back, the staff is amazing and this place has a family feel from the moment you walk in.
Awesome food. Sooo good. I wish I cud upload photos. The servers know what's gluten free and what's not. They know about which sauces not to put on my plate or not.The staff is so friendly and even though it was busy we got our food in a timely manner. If u want good Thai food come here, good amt of options to choose from and good service
Thai Mint provides fresh, authentic Thai food that I am able to enjoy having Celiac Disease. I have frequented there the past couple of years and have never had a reaction. What is reassuring about eating here is that the majority of the ingredients used are by nature gluten free. The only gluten containing ingredients I am aware of is their soy sauce (gluten free soy sauce is available for us), wonton wrappers, and possibly some of the breadings. This minimizes the risk of cross contamination although it is not a dedicated kitchen.
The server was very knowledgeable and there was an extensive gluten free menu. I ordered takeout, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had separated the gluten free food into a completely different bag without being asked! The curry was delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.
