Tell them you are gluten free, and they will make sure your order is only gluten free! And yummy! Flat rice noodles or white rice, cashew chicken or pork, or my favorite, the eggplant and shrimp dinner. They will leave out the soy sauce and are also accommodating for other modifications requested for food sensitivities or your preferences. I especially love that their dinners are generous portions and packed full of veggies, much more than I've found at most restaurants.
