I got delivery from them last night and specified that I have Celiac and not to use soy sauce or hoisin. I had summer rolls and massaman curry. I'm not sure what's up with their "everything can be gluten free" claim, but I'm suffering no I'll effects and I'm incredibly sensitive.
I would say, order something naturally GF and carefully explain and you should be ok. Claims aside, I think the food was wonderful.
Yes
no gluten free dishes when i went
No
Not a 100% gluten free restaurant. False advertising on their website. Staff and owners seemed ignorant to statements of being 100% gluten free and also use gluten filled soy sauce in dishes without indicating such on their supposedly 100% gluten free menu.
No
This restaurant is not a 100% gluten free restaurant. They do use regular soy sauce in some dishes and there is wheat in the spring rolls.
Safe, gf crispy spring rolls. Need I say more?? Yum!
