The staff was very attentive when ordering sushi. A chef came out and made sure we knew what sushi was gluten free and what sushi wasn’t. Lots of non-sushi gluten free potions as well

Don't have to stick to curry dishes here! Lots of noodle options because they have GF soy sauce. Not sure how careful they are behind the scenes, but I have eaten here many times and never gotten sick.
