Ate here 3 times while in Bangkok. I felt safe eating here and the menu was marked. The buffet in the same hotel was scary so my family ate there and I brought my food from this restaurant to eat with them.
They have a gluten free menu but the waiters did not seem to know details. After checking for soy sauce, oyster sauce, Maggi, Knorr, etc. the chef recommended to only eat the curry as the stir fry and Pad Thai contain these sauces. A no-go for me to put those on a gluten free menu Curry was good, too early to say if it was safe.

It was amazing!! Best food I’ve had in Thailand, knowledgeable staff, separate GF menu, great service, amazing food! I’ve had issues every day since being here and So far so good from Thara Thong!!
The staff here is knowledgeable about gluten free and can recommended many items on the menu which are either already GF or can be made GF. This is an upscale restaurant where we went for a special occasion. It is pricey but the food was outstanding and the live Thai dancing show was really beautiful, as was the restaurant itself.
