I saw this as a dedicated GF restaurant and we decided to give it a try. We never had Arepas before and were pleasantly surprised. They were delicious - homemade and extremely tasty. We also has the restaurant made plantain chips and guac. Everything was great, filling and fresh.

I asked and the cashier said it was dedicated GF and based on other reviews I went with it. However some of the market products but did list wheat as an allergen.

Arepas here rule. Chorizo, chicken, beans, plantains, and cheese all stuffed in a pita - and GF naturally! We had a great lunch here. It’s not light but if you’re hungry, it’ll satisfy.

Delicious!! 100% gf, got both the empanadas and arepas. I got the potato & eggplant with Roja salsa (empanadas) and the vegetarian arepa with sweet plantains, black beans and cheese. The sugar cane lemonade is delicious too.

My husband got the loaded steak arepa & roja salsa.

Definitely hoping to return next time I’m in Cincinnati area. Check out this gem!!

Great place for a good meal. Portions are a great size for the price, and the food comes out hot to order. I didn't realize that the cheese was at the bottom of the arepa, but it was a nice surprise. Normally, I'm not a fan of plantain chips, but their chips and guacamole were amazing. Definitely something to check out if visiting Cinci.

We got carry out, which was delicious. I didn’t get sick at all and am a sensitive celiac, however, unfortunately my husband got food poisoning.

This is one of my favorite gluten-free spots in the city. Safe delicious food, awesome staff with a family ran business. Those with celiac disease can feel at ease eating here as everything made in house is gluten-free!

We ordered 2 different Arepas, a cheese and a meat filled. Both were served fresh and were tasty. We also had a serving of sweet plantains, yum! We ate outside at cafe tables. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready.

Food was outstanding. Had the build your own Arepa with Chicken Cheese and Plantains. Had the Blanca salsa. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. My celiac daughter had the same and felt very comfortable ordering here.

Oh Wow! Amazing food! I took a Girl Scout troop of six 14 year olds. Two of us have celiac, one of us eats only pasta. Every single one of us loved the food! That never happens! The pasta kid asked to buy some frozen empanadas to take home for later! Our new favorite place! Worth a drive from the suburbs!

This is 100% naturally gluten free. All ingredients for all items are gluten free and delicious. It’s not advertised to be gluten free, but just ask and they will tell you all about it. I have used my Nima tester here on all the empanadas and salsas and the tests always come back gluten free. I absolutely love all the food here and highly recommend eating here.
