They have a lot of things marked gf but when asked they said they have a mixed kitchen and “do their best” but cant really guarantee their items are gf. I did notice they heat the food in wax paper which is great to protect it from the common hotplate used for nongluten items. I ate here because i was driving through and had no choice and the other gf place was closed but wouldnt recommend it or call it celiac safe. I also cant have corn and was told the meal i was going to eat was safe as it had no visible corn but when i asked about corn starch in ingredients suddenly they didnt know. Baked goods all have oats. Little knowledge about cc- im pretty sure the tong to remove my food from the wax paper was the same. Wont be eating here again. Felt sick immediately after eating. I was told the lentil soup was gf but their understanding of gf is not celiac so for all i know those werent certified lentils.

Second time stopping here. They offer alot of gluten free options but not many dairy free or vegan as well. I had a pasta salad and it was awesome. Good selection of gluten free sweets.

Lots of great gluten free food! I have tried the veggie brunch muffin and the veggie quiche. They heat everything with wax paper so that there is no cross contamination. Lovely cafe!

Many menu items are GF, Vegetarian, Vegan or a combination of all 3. The menu items are clearly labelled and all items are made in house and from scratch. Staff is knowledgeable and food items are delicious! Drink menu is deep too with offerings of almond or soy milk. Gluten Free Vegan Corn bread is a highlight served with their homemade soups (3 to choose from daily).
