Very friendly staff, but all they had were the gluten free/vegan brownie cookies and no chocolate chip. The cookie was very burnt and hard as a brick. 10 year celiac and I would say this had to be one of my least favorite experiences. I had high expectations with the good reviews, but very let down.
I asked if the gluten free cookies/brownies were made with oat flour (as I am sensitive to even gf oats) and they gave me the ingredients sheet. They are Sweet Loren’s cookies and brownies fyi and yes both have oat flour. We did not end up eating here for this reason.
It was delicious. I had 2 different gluten free cookies with dairy free ice cream in the middle. They took off gloves and replaced with new. Very satisfied

They don’t always carry gf cookies. I stopped by and they didn’t have any. Said maybe they would later in the week but couldn’t tell me for sure. Very disappointed!
Staff was not knowledgeable about the allergy or the necessity to be cautious. They were under the assumption that as long as I got the special cookie I would be fine. They did not change gloves. I would not recommend this place if you have an allergy.

Was thrilled to be able to have a GF and Dairy Free ice cream sandwich. Staff were helpful & well informed.
Staff swapped gloves and ice cream scooper when serving me. Had the gluten-free cookies and 'old fashioned vanilla' ice cream and sprinkles. They did offer me a vegan vanilla ice cream but this was made with oat milk which I can't have unfortunately.

Fresh baked GF chocolate chip cookies and chocolate brownie cookies. Had a chocolate brownie cookie, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream! The staff is super nice too!
Wonderful. Two gluten free cookies with gluten free ice cream. They have an up to date allergy paper showing what is safe. He changed his gloves and assemble cookie sandwich in the back using ice cream that has not my been touched and gluten free cookies. He did not need to be prompted delicious !!!
Had the BEST ice cream sandwich here! So fun to get to have one again for the first time since my diagnosis. They were super duper careful once I said I had celiac - the gf cookies (2 types) are on a tray up above all the other cookie trays, so no crumb concerns; changed to fresh gloves, got a fresh container of ice cream out of the back with a fresh scoop and knew which flavors were safe; and had its own tray to keep everything safe from crumbs in the area. Also, the gf cookie dough is made in a separate gf location and then baked as a separate batch at the store so as not to get mixed with the regular cookies that are made and baked at the ice cream shop.
They had 2 flavors of gluten free cookie to build your ice cream sandwich with. They were very aware of cross contamination and when we ordered the gluten free cookies they asked if it was for an allergy and said they keep dedicated ice cream containers in the back to avoid any potential cross contamination with the items up front. The employee changed out her gloves before building the gluten free ice cream sandwich as well. Cookies and I cream were very tasty.
First this is the best ice-cream I ever had, and I have had a lot of ice-cream from all over the world. It was deliverd to my door yesterday on Mothers Day from my son who lives in Auston Texas. The young girl who did the delivery (sorry I did not get her name), was so happy and sweet made me feel so good with her wonderful Mothers Day present Mint Chocolate Ice-cream.
I called my son and he also said that when he placed order, he also felt really great so wonderful service, best product ever and delivery with a great smile. What can you ask for more, nothing.

Very few GF options. They had chocolate chip cookies and I think 4 ice cream flavors. I would recommend getting no toppings as they it is all cross contaminated. It was very good just not a lot of options and high risk of contamination.
It’s great but they don’t always have gf cookies and there is a ton of cross contamination in the ice cream. Almost all flavors have wheat in them and all the others are processed on the same equipment.

They had delicious gluten free chocolate chip cookies and several gluten free ice cream choices. I visited 3 times on my recent vacation and never got sick.

Got a gluten free ice cream sandwich! They were knowledge about cross contamination and the cookies were comparable to the Sweet Lauren’s break and bake. Didn’t get sick and will be going back!!
I went in last week with my boyfriend and did the whole gluten free spiel. I was expecting that it would be an experience that I was debating if it was worth it or not. Instead, the girl behind the counter was pretty knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had.
They have 2 different flavours of gluten free cookies which are made in house (that were SO good!! They were so chewy and soft and they knew exactly how to make them well).
They bake them in a dedicated area and while they all share the same oven, the cookies have a dedicated cookie sheet and they make sure to bake the gluten free cookies at a different time from the gluten cookies. I also had to ask for gluten free cookies because they keep them in the back so the cookies aren’t anywhere near the gluten cookies.
They only unfortunately have 3 gf flavours of ice cream but they assumed I needed the allergy scoop and I didn’t even have to ask!!
I am not the type to write reviews at all but I was seriously impressed by this place. I wanted to wait a week before writing to make sure I didn’t have a reaction and I am completely fine. I also discovered this place from a friend who is also celiac with extremely severe reactions when glutened.

My daughter and I are both symptomatic. We had the gf chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and toppings. It was delicious! Huge though, we probably could have shared one.
Cute little ice cream shop with a few gluten free ice cream and cookie options. Gluten free cookies are stored separately to avoid cross contamination.
