The Baked Bear has gluten free cookies, brownies and ice cream and does the most delicious ice cream sandwiches. They are huge and taste amazing!
The GF cookies and brownies are kept separately to the rest of the cookies.

Very aware of coeliac and used separate gloves while preparing the ice cream sandwich and a separate spatula for the cookies.
Cookies are stored on a separate tray away from the other cookies.

I had a very tasty GF/vegan cookie sandwich made with a gluten free chocolate cookie and vanilla chip ice cream. They can take both fresh from the back. Although this is not a dedicated GF place, I had no reaction afterwards. Really tasty after dinner treat!
Have a delicious ice cream sandwich. Got the vegan/GF chocolate chip cookie and the vegan/GF brownie cookie with vegan chocolate chip ice cream. Highly recommend. They keep all the gf cookies and vegan ice cream in the back in a separate area so there is no cross contamination. Sooooo good.
GF cookies are baked in a separate pan (but same oven as the gluten cookies) and they scoop ice cream from the back to avoid cross contamination. It was great and no reaction!

Went for an ice cream dinner ! Delicious. they have 2 different kinds of GF cookies (choc chip and brownie fudge) and many GF ice cream options. the GF cookies were stored in a separate area from the regular cookies. worker even asked me about cross contamination… you cant get the GF cookie heated b/c they do it on a press. so delicious!

They are careful about cross contamination (change gloves, used ice cream from back), but told me they couldn’t warm my cookie due to cross contamination which I appreciated but wasn’t the taste I was hoping for. Was just okay.
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! After mentioning a gluten allergy, the staff immediately changed gloves to handle food without being asked. The gluten free cookies are kept separate from the regular ones. Gf cookies are labeled on the menu, but ice cream is not and can be found on Baked Bear’s website at https://www.thebakedbear.com/menu/
Only a few gf options, but workers seemed very knowledgeable. I got one gf chocolate chip cookie and one gf brownie cookie sandwiched with the dairy free oatmilk chocolate chip ice cream. Huge servings, but tasty! The worker also changed gloves and had a separate area where she prepared my sandwich
