If you're a Celiac who wants to go out with friends that love beer and traditional German food, this is a great choice. They usually have at least one cider on tap, about a half dozen ciders in bottles/cans, and even mead by the glass. Traditional German food generally has flour in nearly everything, so sadly there is only one Gluten-Free entree: Kassler Rippchen (two naturally wood smoked pork chops with boiled potatoes). I was hesitant to order, but our server was very Celiac aware and assured me that they prepared it carefully. It was delicious and I did not have a reaction.
