I went in May 2021, and they did such a good job keeping me safe. When I first explained to the waiter that I had celiac and needed everything gluten free and safe from cross contamination, he looked a little confused but went and spoke with the kitchen. When he came back, he knew everything to say and explained which things were safe and which things were not, including items that were cooked a little too close to gluten containing items that I should avoid. He wrote on our menu what was and was not GF for me. It was amazing, and I didn’t get sick!! The food was amazing too!

Excellent restaurant with a separate gluten free menu. Our waiter was highly knowledgeable and took great care. Delicious food and many options.
Amazing food and super cool place! Staff were very knowledgable and I felt completely at ease and safe in their hands. A must place to eat if you are Miami!
Had an outstanding meal here last night. Server was incredibly knowledgeable. The gluten free menu is expansive and the food is delicious.

First, this place is in a hotel, so a little hard to find. Got there without a reservation, a mistake in this area. Told there was no room inside, but we could get gluten free outside, with a more limited menu, and our server would help us. No gluten free menu outside. Server suggested potatoes, informing us that they grew special gluten free potatoes. Really? Also suggested manchego cheese green apple slices. Okay. The potatoes arrived with delicious looking dipping sauces, cut in perfect rectangles and beautifully arranged in a crisscross pattern. Except they looked deep fried. Called over the server and asked her to check with the chef about dedicated oil. Came back to say if you are really sensitive, don't eat them, and did offer to take them back. Ended up eating two little triangles of cheese and three quarter inch apple slices. Definitely would have been sick if I had relied on servers "guidance."
Excellent place. Food is delicious! Staff is knowledgeable. I also loved the coffee rubbed currasco. Highly recommend.

Excellent tapa bar with a separate gluten free menu and knowable staff. My favorite was the Cuban Coffee Rubbed Churrasco. Excellent and highly recommended, expensive but worth it.
