This cafe is located in Ballina Byron Gateway Airport. Because it's in an airport, the food is a little pricey. But the food is delicious and the staff member who served me was knowledgeable about gluten contamination (e.g. warned me that chips are gluten free but fried in the same oil where gluten-containing items are also fried). They have a range of items, including burgers, and you have the option to swap out the bun for gluten free bread. On the menu, it doesn't specifically state which items are gluten free or not, but does mention the option of gluten free bread. I ordered a burger with the gluten free bread and it was very tasty!
