I was nervous about eating here, but the GF menu said to let them know if you have Celiac Disease. I was told I couldn’t have French fries since they don’t have a dedicated fryer. I got a lobster roll on a GF bun and get fine afterwards! Would definitely get a lobster roll here again
The gluten free tenders and fries trigger a pretty bad reaction every time, definitely not safe for Celiacs. Tastes fine though, just not worth the consequences.
Been coming to Beach Plum for years and was pleasantly surprised to find gluten free options available I had to go gluten free a year ago. Everything was delicious as usual! Thank you!

Gluten free menu has French fries on the menu but they are not gluten free. There is no dedicated fryer. The “fresh catch” sandwich is also on the gluten free menu but it has to be ordered grilled otherwise it is breaded. The staff taking the order was clueless but someone in the kitchen was on the ball and came out to find me to make the appropriate changes to my order.
No dedicated fryer, not many options at all unless you want a lobster roll or salad.
Came for my first visit after getting lab work at nearby Quest Diagnostics, and I was starving. Came here based on the great reviews, and oh, Yes! Awesome! Was asked if my gf roll was fir Celiac or intolerance, and it was insanely delicious. Also, who knew you could order lobster rolls by weight?! Perfect with the fresh-squeezed lemonade. Super casual atmosphere, eat indoors or out, it's all picnic tables either way. I don't think I can eat a lobster roll anywhere else, now, and I live far away! Highly recommend.
Food was great. Gluten free menu is posted at the register. As soon as I asked for a gluten free bun the cashier asked if it was for celiac so he could prevent cross contamination.
A fair selection of GF, but we went specifically because the listing said "dedicated fryer" which it is not.
11/28/15 Excellent food. I've eaten there several times and have had the lobster salad, french fries and coleslaw, and grilled chicken salad all without incident. They have a separate gluten free menu and the staff has been well educated. They also have GF ice cream, although I have not tried that yet.
