Staff is not knowledgeable about cross contamination but tried to avoid cross contamination during preparation after I asked them to be careful and use a gf space. GF Bagels are good.

Celiac friendly?

They have really good gf bagels! The only problem is they don't have a separate toaster, so you have to ask for it to be wrapped in tin foil before it goes in the toaster otherwise you'll get cross contamination. Also you can ask them to wash the knives before they put the cream cheese on. The guy did all of this for me as soon as I told him I had an allergy, so they definitely know what they're doing!
