Lincoln, on of our favorite places to visit, has been a challenge since being gluten free. My husband has celiac and I have an intolerance, it ruins the experience when you are worried about eating out. We stayed at Loon and had the best gluten free dinner. Not only was it the best meal we had our whole time there, we didn’t get sick. Their amazing bartender informed us that they have a dedicated gluten free fryer, everyone gluten free knows how awesome this is. Our fries, steaks and seafood was awesome. My husband said this food is amazing and I don’t even care if I get sick tomorrow. No one got sick.
The food and service here are incredible! I was surprised to see most of the menu is gluten free. It was Smokehouse Saturday. We shared ribs and prime rib. My 8 year old daughter (who doesn't usually like food) ate most delicious f the prime rib and a bunch of ribs. their fried and tater tots are gluten free free. The waiter was knowledgeable and understood about cross contamination. Highly recommend this restaurant.
they have gluten free pasta and bread for the sandwiches. i got the bayo chicken with gluten free pasta. it was delicious!
