Very nice manager! He was transparent that no food was safe for celiacs, but sashimi and vegetables was a good option for those with mild sensitivities!

Celiac here. Got a couple rolls on the gluten free menu and got extremely sick. Either cross contamination or their sushi rice is not gluten free. I mad them aware of the allergy too. Would recommend avoiding.

Staff was knowledgeable on gluten free options. They have gluten free soy sauce. Really enjoyed their Poke Bowl. Have other options as well. I recommend!

They walked me through what sushi rolls were gluten free or could be done gluten free. They have gluten free soy sauce. They have cider. Waitress also mentioned there were cooked items that could be done gluten free but I was there for the sushi.

Don’t bother. There are about three things on the menu that are GF. Everything has teriyaki or is fried or has ponzu or is krab. Wait staff sucks.

Do not have many options. I probably would say it’s unsafe and lots of cross contamination if you are celiac. If you want to go, stick to Nigiri/Sashimi and ask for white rice with it, not sushi rice as they use a non GF vinegar.

Servers are very knowledgeable about gluten free options/substitutions, including gluten free soy sauce & other sauces. Hibachi chefs will even cook gluten free if everyone at table agrees ❤ This Celiac has dined here multiple times with no issues

The Blue Fish on Dallas Parkway in North Dallas was very gluten friendly. The waiters knew exactly what was gluten friendly. They said no sauces at all except the GF soy sauce. The sushi was made with steamed rice. The hibachi food was made with GF soy sauce and GF garlic butter. Our original waiter ended up having a family emergency and he came to our table and assured us that he had told the waiter taking over about my gluten allergy and my husbands onion allergy. The new waiter came out and reconfirmed out entire order and reassured us that everything would be prepared accordingly. The food was fantastic. The first time I've eaten at a Japanese restaurant and not got sick since finding out about my gluten allergy 3 years ago. I highly recommend this restaurant for gluten sensitive people and will eat here again.
