GF items aren't exactly plentiful but they are clearly marked on the menu, and waitstaff is well-versed on cross-contamination. I had the filet mignon with crab meat, which was that day’s Chef’s Special. It was magnificent, and I did not get sick despite having celiac disease.

Some things are labeled GF but very few options. My children have celiac and likely would have had no good options (other than a burger no bun). I am GF (not celiac) and I struggled to find something that I actually wanted to eat.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. You can eat the fresh fruit, but check that it’s cut separate. Even the potatoes have gluten. The waitress was so put off when I asked if she could check with the cook. We won’t be back and I would NEVER recommend going here if you are looking for GF.

Food was ok. Waitress seemed knowledgeable, but not sure if any extra precautions were taken since she said my meal was already considered gluten free. I had the salmon with potatoes (and held the cranberry barbecue sauce to be safe). Felt a bit uneasy at night. Not sure I would return.

Went as a party of 15. I was the only one that needed to be GF. My waiter, Josh, was understanding and patient with my requests. He double checked everything was safe for me. I had the scollops with a delicious sauce, mixed veggies and fingerling potato’s. Everything was excellent. He made sure my husbands martini was made with GF (Tito’s) vodka so that I could sample it. I have celiac and will react to cross contamination quickly. No reactions here. Very nice experience. Cape May is beautiful and I was happy to enjoy a meal and the surroundings without getting sick. Everyone else also enjoyed their meals.

I’m surprised to see other negative reviews here. The service was a little slow but they were packed and we weren’t rushed. I felt pretty safe with my waiter’s advice. To me a gluten free menu doesn’t always mean a restaurant is knowledgeable. I simply told him I needed gluten free and he knew the menu well and offered several choices. We all had a good meal at my table.

Very average. Wait staff has no understanding of ingredients. I had a salad with vinaigrette and did not get sick. There's no hard cider or gf beer.
