The waiter knew what “dedicated fryer” means even though they do not have one. I asked for a soda in a bottle and he brought it and suggested an alternative that has GF on the label so I felt very well cared for. He said they would clean all surfaces before prepping whatever I ordered and offered lots of modifications on the menu. Since it was my first time there I was being extra cautious and got a salad. It was good!
