I told the hostess upon arrival that I have celiac and I had heard they were gluten friendly. She told me either my server or the manager would go over my preferences to determine the best options to meet my needs. When I told my waiter the same thing, he immediately said “ if you have cross- contamination concerns let me guide you this way “. The way he phased it put me at ease. I knew this guy was going to take care of me. I ordered the filet and added a baked potato and so did my husband. My food was clearly marked with an allergy stick so I knew it was prepared separately. My family rates this restaurant as a 10. Food was great and I felt 100% safe eating here. 7 hours later- no reactions!! Best day of our vacation. Mom finally got to eat out!
