Review of The Boathouse

I just found out I have Celiac, so coming on vacation to Florida was giving me anxiety. We went to the Boathouse at Disney Springs and when I asked the waiter if they had a GF menu, he said someone would be out to speak with me who specializes in food allergies. I was left speechless with the care they took to make sure my meals were prepared separately and completely gf. I got their lobster bisque, which is made with a rice base and not a flour base and it was the best I have ever had! I then got their crab cake, also completely gf and it was incredible. They also have gf rolls and I could have eaten so many of those! I am so impressed with this restaurant!!
