Our entire menu is gluten free. Sourdough is the only item that is not, this is bought in from an external provider.

On safety—Our entire menu is gluten free but we do offer sourdough which is bought in not baked on site. Everything entering the fryer is gluten free. If a coeliac is dining extra precaution will be taken that there is no cross-contamination.

Surrounded by our lush gardens the chefs are constantly inspired by the seasonal produce flourishing, citrus trees and blueberry bushes producing the freshest fruits that you'll also see in our cocktails.

Head Chef Zoe O'Brien is passionate about organic, local produce from sustainable farmers.

Our entire menu from entrées to desserts is gluten free, we do have the option of sourdough to start for those who are non gluten-intolerant. This bread is not baked on site but is purchased from an external provider.
