I stayed at this hotel during a work trip. They were able to accommodate a gluten-free breakfast, providing gluten-free bread, omelette, and other options. I never had any issues. Definitely make sure to alert them in advance, however! The hotel rooms themselves have kitchen facilities, which is helpful to prepare quick gluten-free meals in between too.
