We visited a few days ago and had an awesome experience! Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the dish ingredients and prep and quickly directed us away from the brisket corndogs (despite being fried in a dedicated -GF fryer) due to the the brisket marinade containing pilsner beer. (He said it was less than 20ppm but we opted not to try that so we’d be Celiac-safe.) I had the chicken dinner, and though it was underseasoned, it was really juicy and the squash and potatoes with it we’re good. The arancini app was fantastic. We’ll definitely be heading back to try out more of the small plates (The chicken dish was huge!)
Update: we visited again for my birthday a few weeks ago and split the fennel salad, a really tasty pork belly with congee, and cheesecake. We tried the confit chicken wings with the dry rub too but I think one of their sauce options would have been better—these didn’t seem any different than a typical fried wing.

Our server went to ask the kitchen if there’s a dedicated fryer and came back with a “yes,” so we tried the polenta fries and the white wine beef, which were delicious, and we really enjoyed the gold-dusted truffles for dessert!

The service was exceptional. I got the filet was excellent. There were a lot of options but no fryer. Some items were labeled GF but were cross contaminated in the fryer. The server was knowledgeable and able to help navigate the menu. All but one dessert was GF.
