Review of The Broken Yolk Cafe

The staff was very attentive to prevent cross contamination. The waitress Aurora, the manager, and the cook all came up to confirm the food order to prevent cross contamination. Delightful experience. I ordered the Sope, but replaced the base with corn tortillas because there isn’t a dedicated GF fryer. I’m fairly certain they have a dedicated waffle maker though.
