I usually go here with my classmates after school for drinks, and I've gotten glutened a few times. However, manager Alicia is AMAZING and used to work at Pizza Luce, so whenever I go after class I ask Alicia to make me the deviled eggs appetizer. I've never gotten glutened when she's working! She's an angel, I wish everyone could be trained like this! It's usually just a matter of changing gloves!
"Gluten free menu" is really the items without bread products (and pulls out items with sauces with gluten a far as I could tell). It was tasty, but I was cross contaminated.
GF menu. Several ciders and a local GF beer in cans (though they were sold out when I was there). Very good bison burger. Fryer is NOT dedicated. I felt safe enough but would not go if I had celiac.
