I have gone here several times. They have an astounding selection of waffles. They claim all of them can be made gluten free and that there is a dedicated waffle iron. In my experience it's a 50/50 chance of contamination...and I'm apparently a glutton for punishment. the waffles are top tier if you want to risk it, but after today I think I've been glutened one too many times. From my experience it really depends on who's working there and if its a rush, if you go when the place isn't busy it's less likely to have cross contamination it seems

This restaurant made both me and my Grandfather very sick after eating here. I was really looking forward to a breakfast restaurant with a dedicated waffle iron, but it was all lies

Apparently has some dedicated space and a dedicated waffle maker but still a shared kitchen
Dozens of choices of sweet and savory waffles, most of which can be made GF - the staff were knowledgeable and were happy to check on some of the topping ingredients. Very nice Belgian style waffle - I had caramel apple which had chopped fresh apple and caramel topping. No issues and we hope to return next time we're in town.
A number of the waffle choices are reduced in price on Wednesdays - not the full menu but still plenty of choices.

Had a great experience here! Delicious gluten free waffle, made in a dedicated waffle iron! They use log cabin syrup, so I'd confirm that it's not the sugar free version (the sugar free version contains barley) when you go! I had the Nutella waffle... So good!

Had a belgian waffle for the first time in 5 years so I loved this place! The bacon and cheese one was good, but pretty bland. Coffee was delicious and she gave me a free refill in a to-go cup on the way out! Will definitely be back to try the other flavors as there were at least 40 more on the menu that were GF! Dedicated GF waffle iron.

I got a brown sugar and bacon waffle. It didn’t knock my socks off but it is very good. Next time I’ll do the gf cinnamon roll waffle. They have a huge range of sweet and savory waffles - over 130 are advertised. They also have vegan (also gf) options available. I spoke with the owner about celiac and while it is a shared kitchen (airborne risk of cc, etc), the gf prep area for the waffles is separate. Disclaimer: while they are diligent about cleaning and training their employees, it is a shared kitchen and not without risks. She said that if you ever order here with gluten concerns and the person at the register looks aloof, ask them to contact her (Jasmine) to walk them through it. This will be my second time eating here and I appreciate her transparency! So good!

Tried the gluten free sugar cookie ($2) and the gluten free cinnamon roll waffle. Yum! Took it to go, but it was still soft and yummy when I got home. So good! I can’t wait to try some of the savory waffles! Pics uploaded.
Absolutely delicious waffle!! Soft yet crispy with a great flavor! Just make sure to ask about the toppings to make sure they are also gluten free. They have a dedicated waffle iron and separate prep equipment. They take gluten free seriously!

Not a good waffle. It was so dry and over cooked. No flavor and they are cheap on toppings. We waited 40 mins for our food. I do not recommend.
Gluten free Belgian waffles made on a dedicated gluten free waffle iron. The owner makes the waffle batter homemade and is careful to avoid cross contamination. The cinnamon roll waffles are excellent!
