Ordered a GF calzone, and two regular calzones. The GF was clearly marked on the box. The GF crust was a good texture and flavor, and my daughter said it was just as good as the regular. All were filled with a very generous amount of cheese, and with two flavorful dipping sauces. We ordered a regular size chopped salad which was enough for 3 of us, and it was fantastic. The dressing tastes like Hidden Valley Ranch made fresh with buttermilk.
My only concern is that the GF calzone had a lot of flour on it, ostensibly to roll out the dough. I can tell a difference between regular dough and GF dough, but I can't tell the difference in plain flour. So hope the calzone was rolled in GF flour! I will find out soon enough.
