They are so knowledgeable. Been there many times! Dedicated friers, they know about cross contamination, food is delicious. Never disappoints! We love!

Awesome experience eating out, hot a GF burger and tater tots. I’m a very sensitive celiac and didn’t get gluten’d, yahoo! Staff was super attentive and understood the risk of cross-contact. Great experience.

Amazing food; I was glad for the dedicated fryer and the GF gravy. Had a burger and fries it was delicious; will be back again.

The staff was amazing. When I asked about gluten free they went over having a separate fryer, storage spaces for the gluten free items, and other cross contamination procedures. We loved it and would go back in a heart beat

Drew the bartender has celiac so immediately our to ease. Had the loaded nachos and blackened chicken burger with fries. Dedicated fryer and grill. Amazing experience. On prince of Wales.

Staff are very well trained. I have eaten here several times and have always been successful. Great burgers/homemade buns and dedicated GF fryer. I was informed that there is a small dedicated GF grill also. Great overall experience.

Burgers are available on a gf bun and it is hard to believe it isn't the real deal. They also keep a dedicated fryer so the fries are not contaminated with gluten either. They are family friendly until 8 pm I believe. A great place to watch a game with friends, share some drinks with colleagues or have a quiet late afternoon meal with family.

I had a great experience here. I was able to get a chicken burger with a gluten free bun ($2 up charge) and the tater tots which were made in a gluten free fryer.

If you are Celiac or just care about food safety in general DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a gluten free bun with my burger, I called and spoke to staff to ensure they knew it was a severe gluten issue and that I have celiac disease. After all that the restaurant still sends me a bag with gluten containing steal sauce. Upon beginning my meal I thought the sauce tasted strange so I called back again and sure enough, the sauce had gluten. The manager apologized and claimed staff was trained (on Muskoka health they had 2 serious infractions last inspection I doubt that training was effective) and said that she would train them again but judging by their track record on Simcoe Muskoka health, I doubt anyone is being trained sufficiently.

Most restaurants would offer a free meal, etc for such a serious issue but I was told to go through Uber eats to get a refund.

On top of all that, the food was overpriced and mediocre. 0/5 if I could.
