This place did such a good job of catering to me! They have an extensive dedicated menu. They knew in advance of my allergy and brought the menu over and promised to take good care of me. This is a steak house so everything our table ordered was naturally GF but the server made sure the kitchen used all new pots and pans for all of us so we could share if we wanted. They brought out a complimentary dessert for my friends birthday and gave me my own flourless chocolate cake since I couldn’t share with him. Really wonderful experience.

I spent four nights in Seattle. We ate at some of the best restaurants in town but this one, this one stole the show! It’s expensive but worth every single penny. The waiter alerted the chef and the manager on duty. I felt like a queen! Do it, spend the money, enjoy this elegant restaurant! I had the salmon, it melted in my mouth like butter…. And don’t miss the crème brûlée for dessert!

This is the largest Capital Grille we have ever been to. I’m wondering if that factored into me getting ill afterwards. I know what I did wrong. The waiter brought me out a small chocolate dessert and said the kitchen guaranteed it gluten free. It might have been flourless, but I think it was not gluten free.

The server was very informed about gluten allergies and made sure that I wasn’t getting cross contaminated. Great meal, good restaurant to go to for a special occasion.
